LOCTITE 3478TM Superior Metal is a two-part ferro-silicon filled epoxy resin
system. It is highly resistant to corrosion, chemical attack and abrasion
below the typical dry service temperature of -29 C to +121 C. It is ideal for
recovers parts worn by mechanical impact and/or corrosion. Typical app
restoring tolerances to worn shafts, repairing worn post paths, repairing
damaged housing, filling in perforated surfaces in worn machines, and restoring fit
to the bearing housing.
